Is the water test really free?
Yes. We come to your home, test your water with lab grade equipment, and walk you through the results. There's no cost and no obligation to buy.
Why do some companies quote $2,000 for a whole home system?
Many lower priced systems cram several filter types into one tank and only cover key parts for a few years. Our systems give each stage its own job, and they're backed by a lifetime warranty with a visit from us every year. Feel free to compare reviews, then decide.
What's the difference between a filter and a softener?
A filter reduces what you don't want in your water. Our whole home filter uses three stages, each with its own job:
- Coconut shell activated carbon: reduces chlorine, bad tastes, odors, and dissolved organic chemicals like VOCs.
- Coconut shell catalytic carbon: reduces chloramines, hydrogen sulfide (that rotten egg smell), and chlorine byproducts like chloroform and other trihalomethanes (THMs).
- Zeolite: helps reduce scale buildup and some heavy metals.
Reverse osmosis is a filter too. Our RO drinking tap reduces up to 99% of contaminants such as lead, arsenic, fluoride, and PFAS, plus total dissolved solids, for bottled quality water right from your kitchen.
A softener removes the minerals that cause hard water. It takes out the calcium and magnesium behind scale, spots, and dry skin.
Your water test tells us which one you need, or if you need both.
What does installation look like?
We install your system with quality and care, and add a bypass valve so your water stays on if the system ever needs service.
What does maintenance cost?
Your first year of filter media is included. After that, annual service is $200, and we only replace media when it's actually spent.
